Mercedes Benz Hexawheel Concept

Despite being known for theirs sweet luxury sedans, Mercedes-Benz has a rich background in off-roaders. With all that glitz it’s easy to forget that the German automaker is also responsible for rockcrawlers like the Geländewagen and the Unimog. Iranian designer Siyamak Rouhi Dehkordi pulled inspiration from these offerings from MErcedes benz when designing this Hexawheel concept.

The insect-like Hexawheel employs six driven wheels on an articulated chassis, and is designed to climb over tall vertical surfaces.
